We understand the critical role these components play in the performance and longevity of electric motors. Here's a glimpse into the insulating materials we employ in our workshop:

Class Y Insulating Materials - 90°C:

Utilizing organic materials such as cotton, silk, paper, and similar substances to ensure reliability and efficiency at moderate temperatures.

Class A Insulating Materials - 105°C:

Employing impregnated paper, silk, cotton, polyimide, and resins to withstand higher temperatures and enhance the insulation properties.

Class E Insulating Materials - 120°C:

Utilizing epoxy resins and powder plastics on enameled wire insulations for increased thermal endurance.

Class B Insulating Materials - 130°C:

Incorporating inorganic materials like mica, fiber, glass, asbestos impregnated with varnish to enhance resistance and reliability.

Class F Insulating Materials - 155°C:

Using polyester epoxide varnished mica and other high-heat-resistant varnishes to ensure robust insulation.

Class H Insulating Materials - 180°C:

Employing composite materials on mica, fiberglass, and other bases impregnated with silicon rubber for exceptional heat resistance.

Class C Insulating Materials - >180°C:

Leveraging the exceptional properties of materials like mica, ceramics, glass, Teflon, and quartz to achieve superior insulation at extremely high temperatures.
